Okay - now that you're back from entering the giveaway... here's what I've done - Yes, I've been busy.   :)
Day 102: Repetition is Key - Repeat an image and word at least 3 times.

Day 107: Use an argyle pattern for a fabric piece on the card.  And YES I am completely aware of my inability to keep things I hand cut proportioned to the card design. :) Oh well - it still works, right???
Recipe: I think this paper is from a DCWV pack... I've had this and some other matching ones forever!

Day 108: Sing-a-long - Listen to the song Rainbow Connection, then make a card that does NOT include a rainbow on it.  A part that stuck out to me was "Who said that every wish would be heard and answered, when wished on the morning star?"  So I did a starry back ground with the Make A Wish phrase.

Who doesn't love a give away?  In celebration of my hubby's home-coming in a few days (YAY!) I want to do a give away! And CSN is so wonderful to offer the prize - a $40 gift certificate!!! (Remember them? They're the wonderful company that provided the colored pencils for me to review here.)
What can you get from CSN you ask?
How about some new colored pencils - just for you! (You can stop sharing them with your toddler, like I was doing!)
Or maybe your craft space is like mine and could use some organization? How about this hanging file folder holder?  Wouldn't this be perfect for all the different craft papers - Lots of space to organize by size, pattern, or color!
Or even just spoil yourself and get some cute new shoes - like these:
Also, the more participants, the more prizes will be added! At 40 comments I'll add a goodie package to the prizes.  At 60 I'll add another; etc.
You have a couple ways to enter:
1 - Post a comment about what you'd get from CSN with the prize certificate.
2 - Become a follower, the post a new comment.
3 - Tell your friends! Post on your blog about this (either in a blog post, or in your sidebar), then post another comment with a link to it.

Here it is - A LOT of catching up in this one!

Day 136 - Imagine: Chalkboard - I wasn't sure what to do with this one, until I found a tutorial on a technique called Chalkboard.  Basically - you stamp an image in white on a dark background, then sponge or dab (I used Q-tips) chalk or pastels onto the wet ink.  Then wipe the excess chalk off and Viola!  I also, embossed the card with clear powder and the Woodgrain stamp to give it a little bit of texture.
Recipe - Upsy Daisy Stamp Set by Stampin' up.  Woodgrain stamp by Stampin' Up.
Day 101 - Use 10 'inchies'.
Recipe - Stamps are from Inkadinkado
Day 100 - 3 items all lined up.
Recipe - Pearls are from Basic Grey, the Patterned Paper is from DCWV's Green Stack, the Stamp Set is from TPC Studio - Woodland Whimsy.
Day 94 - Combine 3 challenges: one from March, April, and May.  I included challenges 13, 56, and 76.
Recipe - Stamps are from Ippity's Fishy Philosophy, Colorbok gems, Ribbon from Stampin' Up
Day 95 - "So You" - I really didn't know what to do with this one. I don't know what really is "So You" for me.  So I just decided to use some of my favorite card things - embossing, a favorite stamp, and my favorite color: green.
Recipe - Medallion Stamp from Stampin' Up, Brad from Making Memories
Day 81 - Create a Picnic scene - MMMmm Watermelon!
Recipe - Green paper is from DCWV, red paper is from Close To My Heart, Ant stickers are from Stickopotamus, Watermelon cut out is from my mom's scrapbook stash from years ago.

CTD 104, Critter Sketch 25, 365 Day 99

I used the Critter Challenge sketch #25 -
And the Color Throwdown 104 -
To help inspire me for the 365 Card Day 99 challenge - create a paper charm:
Recipe: Lasting Impressions for card base, DCWV's Flower Shower stack, SRM Sticker.  The punched shape was a blog candy I won - one of the best candies I've gotten since I don't have the Big Shot or any of those accessories and am too lazy to pull out my Cricut for small pieces like that. :)

What's Cooking?

The challenge for day 143 was to include something related to cooking.  With all this fun summer activity - I was hoping to create a scene of some sort with a dutch oven over a fire, or at a camping scene.  Not because I enjoy dutch ovens (actually...I think they're too much work) but mostly because when I think of camping I'm reminded of girl's camp I use to attend every year - and of course that included a meal or two from a dutch oven. :)
This also counts for Basic Grey's 25th challenge of including stitching (the patterned paper conveniently had stitching on it. :D)
Anyway - here's what I came up with instead.
Recipe: Recipe: Basic Grey Pearls, Basic Grey Cup of Tea Stamp, SRM sticker, Studio 18 Sticker, DCWV's Flower Shower stack sdf
