Blog Hop Challenges

Practical Scrappers and 365 paired with a couple of other blogs to do a blog hop.  Each blog included a different challenge.  This card meets 2 of those challenges.

The Cuttlebug Spot challenged us to do a card with bling on it, while Pile It On challenged us to make a card with NO images - only words & to combine that with another challenge.
So here is my card - it doesn't have a lot of bling - but I love how simple it is - and you have to love the phrase!
